Cancellation Guidelines: All cancellations must be done via email. If a cancellation occurs less than 12 hours (Sedans) and 48 hours (Limo, Party buses and Vans) before the scheduled pickup time, full fare will be charged to the client.

Absentee Policy: For absence, a client will be charged the full trip plus any waiting time. Please call us at 206-931-5866 to avoid being billed as a no show.

Waiting Guidelines: A grace time of 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time is permissible. For flight arrivals a 30 minute grace period after arrival time is permissible. Since, we monitor the status of all flights. As soon as the grace period lapses additional fees are charged at the rate of $10.00 for every 15 minutes.

Late-night Pick-ups: Pick ups between the hours of 11:30 pm and 4:30 am are subject to an additional $10 surcharge.

Child Car Safety Seats: Notify us ahead of time if child car safety seats are needed. Additional surcharge of $10 will be imposed.

Alcohol Consumption Guidelines: All passengers must be 21 years of age and have valid state issued ID in order to consume alcohol in our vehicles (stretch limousines only). Alcohol is not provided by PoshTC or its Affiliates.

Smoking Policy: There is no smoking in our cars. Anyone who smokes will be asked to extinguish the cigar/cigarette. In case of obstinacy we reserve the right to terminate service and charge full fare to the client.

Assistance with Luggage: Client will be assisted with luggage at request, but we are not obligated to do so.

Additional Charges: Additional charges may be added for extra stops, and special parking fees.

Vandalism or Damage to Property & Other charges: Any kind of vandalism or damage to vehicles or property owned by PoshTC or its Affiliates will result in additional charges and a possibility of legal pursuance according to the severity of an incident. A sick policy is also in effect for any one getting sick in our vehicles and will be charged an additional $250.00

Lost or Damaged Items: PoshTC and its Affiliates are not responsible for items left in the vehicle, lost or damaged. PoshTC reserves the right to charge a delivery fee for returning lost items if found.

Privacy Policy: PoshTC and it's Affiliates reserves the right to use the information supplied to provide requested services and collect payment for services rendered in accordance with our rates, terms and policies. PoshTC and its Affiliates' do not sell, rent or disseminate your personal and financial information to any outside third parties.

Termination of Reservation/Service: PoshTC and its Affiliates reserve the right to terminate any reservation at any time in the best interest of customer safety, driver safety, vehicle safety, and federal/state/local laws.
